Delete your Forging account
Forging is the Forge app on the App Store and Google Play, published by the developer Forging. You can delete your account and its data in two ways.

In the app
Open Profile → Account → Delete account. Your account and its data are deleted right away.
By email, without the app
Email us from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll email your account’s address to confirm it’s you, then delete your account and its data within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted in full, with no copy kept: your profile, programs, sessions, coach conversation, notes, measurements and reports.
- Deleted: your billing and consent records, and your subscriber record at RevenueCat.
- Kept for up to 30 days: server logs, which can contain your account identifier.
- Kept for up to 90 days: crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics.
- Kept for 14 months: pseudonymous app analytics.
- Kept by Apple or Google: their own purchase records.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in the store, or it keeps billing you.
